AGMA INSTAL

We deal with manufacturing and assemble of all kinds of steel and aluminum structures for the construction and shipbuilding industries. The quality of our structures, combined with economic solutions and short completion time, made our services valued both at home and abroad.

Our experience is utilized by the industry leaders from Belgium and the Netherlands. We have been operating onn the construction market for almost a decade, and before that we have been gaining experience as the Alufast company.

Without a transparent commercial policy, reliable consulting, professionalism and continuous investment in the machinery park, as well as the qualified and certified team of fitters and welders, there would be no trust of contractors at home and abroad. The location of a project is not important to us. We are willing to cooperate with foreign clients.

The successes of our Partners, which they achieved thanks to the effective and latest construction and technological solutions proposed by us, are the best testimonies of our work. We produce and assemble structures for all types of warehouse, logistics and production facilities, food production halls with the strictest requirements, sport halls, industrial facilities of various purposes, also in the oil and chemical industry. We carried out orders for the shipbuilding industry and the owners of single-family houses with equal care. Professionalism

The basic services we provide to numerous customers in Poland and Europe include welding with the MIG/MAG system, the TIG system, machining services, painting of structures, and assembly of steel and aluminum constructions.

We work on elements entrusted to us by the contractor. We also deal with manufacture at the client’s site. The assembly is carried out based on our own assembly teams and proven partners. A professional engineering and technical staff works on the orders. It is a guarantee of a high-quality final product. A wide and comprehensive offer, proven system solutions, timeliness, professional consulting and supervision over implemented projects are our most important assets.

We have been gaining experience and building a team of qualified and professional employees for almost a decade. We have completed many projects related to balustrades, metal and aluminum constructions, fencing systems and many other projects, according to the customer’s wishes.

Shipbuilding industry

We have carried out many orders in the demanding shipbuilding industry. Our professionalism has been trusted, among others, by the Gdańsk shipyard Remontowa Shipbuilding S.A., where Agma Install carried out works on newly created units (assembly, welding of ship sections, piping works, assembly and welding works on the ship’s equipment) and FAYARD A/S shipyard, where our company performed welding and assembly of aluminum structures and pipes.

We have also been trusted by the Lloyd Werft Bremerhaven Gmbh, the Mv Shipyard Wismar, and the Aluship Technology shipyards, where we carried out, respectively, welding and assembly of stair structure and heliport, repair and welding of marine vessels. and construction of a new aluminum unit. The experience that we have acquired makes us ready to undertake similar orders not only on the domestic market, but also in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Germany.

Completed projects in the country

Our offer is intended for both individual and institutional customers. Hence the diversity of projects. In Poland, we have provided welding services for the Konspaw company. We have manufactured and assembled bridge and road balustrades at the S7 expressway. We have also made facades and aluminium panels for the Baltic Business Center in Gdańsk (850 m2). The largest international concerns cooperate with us. We have kilometers of manufactured and assembled road barriers to our name.

Completed projects abroad

The location does not matter to us. Many years of practice has allowed us to develop an effective way of completing the orders for the most demanding Customers from any place in Europe. Our portfolio includes, among others, the assembly of 2100 running meters of balustrades and stairs for the Mavaro company in Belgium, assembly of structures for the Mobu bv company in the Netherlands, welding and prefabrication of structures for the Bentstaal company in the Netherlands, and finally, completion of orders for private developers in Rostock and Bremen in Germany. When planning the work, we make every effort to meet the agreed deadlines and always finish on time.

Operating method

We are able to carry out an investment from the production of prefabricates, through assembly, to finishing the completed product. The solutions that we use are effective in key construction segments thanks to a wide range of services, starting from the identification of Customer needs, through the working design with the optimization of costs and time of completion, to finishing the investment. General construction of industrial facilities, renovations, adaptations and subcontracting for the largest construction companies have consolidated our brand on the market, which is a guarantee of high quality. As every expert in the industry, we also rely on the latest available technologies. Technology is our ally.
